Do you support class packs and memberships?
Yes. You can sell single classes, class packs (e.g. 5 or 10 classes) and monthly memberships directly through Bobclass. Credits are deducted automatically at checkout — no manual tracking, no spreadsheets.
Can clients join a waitlist if a reformer class is full?
Yes, on the Studio and Unlimited plans. When a class is full, clients can join the waitlist via the Bobclass Go client app. If a spot opens up, you decide who to offer it to.
Can I manage group classes, duets and private sessions in the same app?
Yes. Bobclass handles all three session types side by side — group classes, duet/semi-private sessions and private appointments. The duet format in particular works in a unique way: see the session types section above for how it works. One app, one schedule, one shared client database.
Do clients get automatic reminders before class?
Yes. You can configure up to two automatic email reminders per class — for example 24 hours and 2 hours before. You can also send a manual reminder via WhatsApp with one tap, straight from the class view. Both together tend to significantly reduce no-shows.
How does Bobclass compare to Eversports for pilates studios?
